I began my work as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 1997. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, teens, adults, and families in order to help them navigate through difficult times and circumstances in their lives. I obtained my Masters Degree in Counselor Education from the University of North Texas. I have been married since 1994 and have been blessed with two daughters who are now in college. 

I specialize in helping children and teens work through difficulties that hinder them from living a healthy, stable, and well-adjusted life. As parents, we long for our children to encounter their world with confidence and an ease so that they can grow, thrive, and become their healthiest adult versions. There is a surmounting pressure in our society that is taking a great toll on our kids and teens.
